Recruitment Coordinator

We are currently working with growing global consulting firm on an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their expanding team. This person will be based in a team in London, reporting to the Global Recruitment Manager.

This opportunity will suit someone with experience in recruitment coordination either agency, RPO or in-house and is looking for a role that will offer great exposure in a growing international business.

Responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Management of the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pipelines, ensuring all data is accurately entered and kept up to date at all times

  • Liaise with candidates, interviewers and recruitment agencies to schedule interviews globally (book rooms, send invites/confirmations, arrange candidate travel etc.)

  • Greet candidates and ensure the smooth running of their interview experience

  • Gather and collate feedback from interviewers in a timely manner

  • Supporting graduate recruitment

  • Processing candidate expenses

  • Prepare weekly (and ad hoc) reporting for recruitment calls with Leadership Team

  • Support other recruitment projects and initiatives

Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:

  • Ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Have experience in recruitment coordination / or recruiting in an agency
