Organisational Design and Strategy Consultants

Specifically looking for capable, driven and highly experienced individuals to join their offering at Senior Consultant level this mid-sized firm pride themselves on having a fresh and collaborative approach to consulting.

This People and Change function work with a great range of clients from large blue-chips to medium sized organisations, across a variety of sectors and will focus on:

  • Organisational Transformation including detailed HR Transformations
  • Strategy and Design
  • Target Operating Models
  • Organisational Design
  • Agile Change and Assessments

In this role you will have the opportunity to lead on complex projects, managing the client relationship as well as focussing on deliverables.

To be considered for this role you will need to be currently working within a Consulting capacity. In addition:

  • You have experience in Organisational Strategy, Organisation Transformation, Organisational Design and/or Target Operating Models
  • Demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement experience; including prior experience of leading projects and/or workstreams
  • The versatility to consult effectively across differing sectors
  • Proven experience of leading on work streams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with stakeholders of all levels
  • The ability to travel regularly across the UK as well as internationally when required
