Learning Technologies Lead - London (with some flexibility)

Working closely with the broader People and Culture team your focus will be to provide strategic direction on the use of leading edge technologies to design, develop and deploy high-impact, end-to-end learning and development across the global organisation. This business has the appetite and budget to push boundaries and implement the most creative strategies, so we're looking for innovators who are excited to implement modern continuous learning across a wide range of technologies and environments.

The scale and ambition of this appointment is not to be under-estimated and you'll help deliver an environment that encourages and engages employees to focus on their growth and individual learning experience at all levels; from the new joiner excited to embrace their onboarding to the senior executive curious to enhance their individual development, and everything in between!

It is important to emphasise that this not your typical Product Implementation role. Having said that, this role will require a metric focused individual to manage technology suppliers, SLAs, deliverables, budgets and outputs in a way that delivers against rapidly changing business priorities. The business is evolving quickly, so first class project management skills will be key. Your success will be measured in the tangible differences made by employees in embracing and benefiting from their learning, and moving the business towards achieving its ambitious strategic objectives.

Your experience may have been gained within a similar large-scale environment or alternatively, you may have worked within a sophisticated large-scale learning tech supplier, such as FUSE Learning, SABA, Cornerstone or SuccessFactors.

Whilst sector experience is not critical, in view of the scale of the implementation, you are likely to have a track record of success in complex global businesses in the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Tech or Financial Services sectors.
