A mental health charity, based in North London, is looking to recruit a HR Advisor on an initial short term contract of 3 months.
The Charity is a provider of mental health rehabilitation and recovery supporting people with high and complex needs. The charity has a track record of developing and running personalised services that work with people with mental health, substance misuse and other complex needs to achieve their ambitions.
The role of the HR Advisor is to provide advice and guidance to managers covering the full range of HR related activities. The HR Advisor will be the first point of contact for all HR related issues, provide professional and comprehensive advice on Employee Relations issues, and, work with managers to better the understanding of HR policies and processes.
The HR Advisor role is initially offered as a 3 month contract, although, there is a possibility the role may be extended. The successful candidate will either be CIPD qualified or working towards qualification, have up to date knowledge of UK employment law and, have experience of managing the full range of employee relations issues through to conclusion.
