Lantmännen Unibake is one of the largest bakeries in Europe, employing over 6,000 staff. They specialise in fresh and frozen bakery products, supplying some of the biggest names in the retail and food service markets.

The Senior HR Business Partner is a key and active member of the UK leadership team. The successful individual will drive and implement the HR People Plan supporting the achievement of business objectives through driving a high performance culture, focusing on; organisation design reviews and implementing improvements, resourcing and workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, talent management and succession planning, competency and functional training plan development and associated interventions across the business.
The Senior HR Business Partner will also deputise for the HR Director and will partner the Operations Director and the wider Director population as the HR professional to shape and steer the business's direction, challenging and influencing to enable key objectives to be met.
The Senior HR Business Partner will lead the core HR team and will be responsible for developing and building an HR team that can grow as the business evolves.
The Successful Applicant
Lantmännen Unibake is a fast paced environment and needs someone that can be based in Milton Keynes and travel to the other sites who understands how HR can add value in a blue collar environment. The ideal candidate will come from an FMCG, manufacturing, engineering or logistics background. They will also have a background in organisational design, change management and acquisitions, including TUPE and unions ideally.
