HR Administrator

Your new role
The HR Administrator will report to one of the HR Managers and HR Advisor and will join a team of around 50 HR staff working in their prestigious London offices. You will be involved in assisting with starters, leavers processes along with supporting the managers with all general administration. You will also be co-ordinating the administration of outgoing UK client secondments and incoming visiting Lawyers and provide up-to-date reports when required. You will also be the first point of contact within the HR team for HR queries and requests.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you will require previous experience in rewards or benefits from a professional services firm. You will also need to be proficient in Excel.
