Our client an advertising business are looking to hire a Recruitment Partner on an initial 3 month contract working in central London.
Working in a small but growing recruitment team of 4 you will be responsible for head office recruitment across the business. . You will be managing up 15 lives roles at any 1 time following the cycle from shortlist to induction. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with key stakeholders and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. This may include: advertising roles, advising on job descriptions, liaising with agencies on the PSL, negotiating rates, sourcing and vetting candidates, attending interviews and organising recruitment campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have at least 3 years' experience working as a Recruiter in the advertising, media or marketing industries.
