Senior HR Manager
Annapurna have partnered with a technology business located in Central London to find a Senior HR Manager to join the team.
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the people plan in support of the business objectives. The Senior HR Manager will sit on the executive board and will also manage the administrative and support functions of the business.
The key priority for this business for the next year is the development and upskilling of the current team and they see this being executed through a strong Learning and Development plan. Therefore, a strong L&D background is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Business Partner the Senior Leadership team
- Lead the People strategy
- Recruitment and retention
- Compensation and benefits
- Performance improvement
- Learning and development
- Employee relations
- Succession planning
The ideal candidate will have strong L&D background and experience of leading a team. They will also be a capable Business Partner.
