Payroll & Benefits Manager - £250-350 day rate - Temp - Holborn
My client is a leading engineering business based in Central London in pursuit of a Payroll and Benefits Manager to help them out whilst they the recruit the perm hire and could therefore go temp to perm for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Experience of successfully managing and developing people and teams
Proven experience of HR, Payroll and Benefits administrative processes
In depth knowledge and understanding of PAYE best practice
Experience of liaising with internal and external customers is essential
Knowledge of SAP HR or Workday would be highly advantageous
This role will extend to -
Leading the delivery of the outsourced payroll processes for multiple locations using ADP as a managed vendor
Managing 2 team members
Co-ordinate the payment calculation processes for the annual pay review and bonus payment cycle for UK paid employees.
Manage all benefits and schemes liaising with 3rd party providers including flexible benefits, pension, life assurance and income protection. Organise the annual benefit election window.
Act as GDPR technical expert for HR
Play a lead role in the Workday implementation programme and ongoing maintenance of the system
