My client, a leading global financial services company based in the City has an opportunity for a Reward Analyst, focusing predominantly on regulations to join their team.
As a Reward Analyst you will be reporting into the Head of Reward and will have a number of responsibilities including:
Taking ownership of the regulatory analysis and policy processes for the global business
Monitoring and managing the risk adjustment process specifically focusing on incentive pools and awards
Providing training and guidance to new starters surrounding regulations
Producing reports and providing audits on subjects including equal pay and gender pay
We are looking for a Reward Analyst who has worked in a regulated environment and is looking to take their next step working with a leading financial services firm.
