Graduate Recruitment Advisor - Professional Services

A global Professional Services company based in The City are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment Europe this role will play a vital role in hiring decisions, career events, and talent attraction initiatives. As the Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Entire campus relationship management for key UK universities

  • Deliver a unique value proposition and engaging branding to enhance attraction, selection and retention of staff

  • All screening and first stage interviews for Graduate roles

  • Maintaining and monitoring applicant tracking system and developing appropriate reports and support in developing effective candidate tracking

  • Participating in offer management and on-boarding activities

  • Building highly effective working relationships with internal hiring managers to support the execution of annual hiring plans

  • Managing recruitment platforms including social media, updating job boards, writing job descriptions

  • Event management for both in-house and on campus events throughout the year

  • Ad-hoc projects as directed by the Head of Recruitment

As the Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

  • Strong academic and a minimum 2:1 degree

  • Knowledge of a 360-recruitment process in a fast paced organisation

  • 12-18 months graduate recruitment experience

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Mature and confident personality

  • Ability to work effectively with all key senior stakeholders and hiring managers

  • Ability to speak another language preferred
