A leading global Management Consulting firm are recruiting for an HR Ops Analyst to join their team. Based in The City, this role will provide full support to the HR Ops team in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with an interest in HR looking for a varied and busy role. You will be working closely with the Head of HR, Directors of Talent Management and other Senior Stakeholders and as the HR Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
General administrative tasks within the HR Ops team
Ad hoc project work
Maintaining accurate HR records including personnel files
Providing reports from HR systems and maintaining tracker spreadsheets
Assisting with compensation data
Maintaining immigration and visa records
Maintaining HR core processes including maternity/paternity leave etc.
Assisting with integration and maintenance of the new HR policies, procedures and global HR system
Drafting contracts and amendments of employment agreements etc.
Supporting HR Ops team to ensure probation process is compliant
Supporting onboarding of new colleagues
Assisting with visa and immigration requirements
Providing Global Mobility Team with general visa and immigration admin support in EMEA
Supporting Payroll Manager to collate benefits and payroll data
Assisting with benefits admin
As the HR Ops Analyst, you will possess:
Solid experience in a similar role within HR
Professional Services background
Ability to work in a fast paced and matrix environment
Strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
