As Head of HR & OD with responsibility for a small team, you'll lead the delivery of a comprehensive HR & Learning service to the organisation as it moves into a new and exciting phase. This role will ideally suit an experienced HR professional who really enjoys the breadth and daily variety of a fully generalist HR remit and who is able to switch their focus seamlessly between strategic and operational issues. In addition to overseeing the smooth running and ongoing development of the HR service, you will also support the organisation as they continue to create a high performing culture, providing expertise around engagement, succession planning, talent management and leadership development.
