This role will be the first dedicated recruitment resource within the business and is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to own the Talent Acquisition function of a rapidly growing technology focussed business.

Exciting growth plans under new leadership requires a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to help implement new systems, source roles directly and build the recruitment function

Client Details

London based Telecommunications business with a presence in the UK, Europe and Africa

Description

  • Responsible for overseeing all recruitment and selection activity, including strategies to improve recruitment and vetting and cost management

  • Move the business away from a dependency on agency recruitment to a balance talent sourcing and supply model for permanent and contract/interim hires across the business. This will require previous knowledge of directly sourcing technical roles
  • Identify, develop and maintain a preferred suppliers list
  • Develop a hiring model and supplier list for International hires, specifically South Africa
  • Maintain and roll out new HR systems for efficient sourcing and candidate management
  • Arrange and manage graduate/undergraduate recruitment fairs along with the support of the HR Team

Profile

Direct sourcing experience in either agency or in-house talent acquisition in a fast paced technology environment

Good understanding of the Technology/Telecoms talent space and be able to discuss the market with authority

Strong cultural awareness and the ability to operate in an international environment

CIPD, Degree or equivalent
