Interim HR Consultant – HR Projects, initial 6 month FTC
Our client is a leading financial services firm based in the heart of London. Due to significant growth across all areas of the business, the HR team are driving forward a diverse range of key HR projects and initiatives. An opportunity has arisen for an interim HR Consultant to join the team and provide key project support across a range of HR disciplines capturing talent management, resourcing, performance and HR systems.
Reporting to the HR Director and collaborating closely with colleagues in HR and the business, your key responsibilities will include leading and managing numerous HR change and engagement projects as well as supporting new systems development and reviewing and maintaining HR processes and policies.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task and deliver to agreed deadlines.
