Reward Manager

I am working with a Global Banking organisation who are looking for a Reward Manager to join them on a 6 month contract to bolster the team during a busy period of extra workload. Working with corporate functions client group your role will be to be responsible for providing input to the development and communication of the Bank's reward strategy, ensuring that policies and plans support this.

Working alongside the wider reward team your role will be to manage business as usual activities with continual review of the Bank's levels of pay, mobility reward policies ad processes and to make recommendations based on information gained from job evaluation and salary benchmarking exercises. Working closely with the Reward Director, you will be involved in making recommendations to maintain competitive reward packages which are aligned to the reward strategy. This is a visible and important role in the Bank and you will work closely with senior managers and HR as the subject mater expert on all reward related matter and policy interpretation and you will be accountable for all compensation and benefits projects.

The successful applicant will have significant breadth of relevant experience across industries (outside of banking) in all aspects of reward management, preferably including global mobility. You will have excellent excel skills and knowledge of reward and recognition practices including pay models, hay job evaluation (or similar evaluation frameworks) and benchmarking tools and confidence working with senior managers on reward and recognition matters.
