We have partnered with a Financial Services client to find a Reward and HR Systems Analyst. Successful applicants will need to be resilient, with a background in managing multiple HR systems and Reward analytics. This is a permanent position based in the City, paying up to £65,000.
You will analyse, interpret and present complex Reward data, and provide statistical analysis on other HR data. You will develop a plan for the systems portfolio and suggest efficiency improvements, and be responsible for maintaining the systems (including security and backups). This role is responsible for data and access controls, and data validation. You'll develop system tools and applications to support the annual compensation cycle, and present data on the market and employees. You'll also keep records for the global mobility assignee population.
They're looking for somebody resilient who can get stuck in straight away. You'll need excellent Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and macros are a definite plus too), and experience of managing HRIS systems and analysing and presenting data. At certain times of year Reward analytics would take up more of your time.
