My client, an independent public body now has a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Management specialist to join them on a permanent basis.
In the newly created role of Talent and Performance Manager you will be tasked with accelerating the talent and performance agenda across the organisation. You'll embed the sound practices and processes that will support the organisation as it establishes and defines a clear vision of high performance and talent. You'll also work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues to build development programmes, talent pipelines and succession plans, analyse and review talent approaches, develop MI and reporting for talent data and make recommendations to build best in class talent development products and services.
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you'll need to demonstrate a genuine passion for talent and performance backed by proven succession planning, talent management and development and performance management experience. This should cover all elements of talent systems, processes and metrics and talent development programmes and be coupled with strong project management skills and the ability to effectively scope, plan implement and evaluate talent development interventions. Ideally CIPD qualified (or equivalent), you'll also be an exceptional relationship builder, communicator and influencer with the ability to think strategically and creatively, whilst also maintaining a practical and hands-on approach to delivery.
