Your new role
You will be responsible for the coordination HR, assisting with recruitment with a focus on graduate recruitment, this will entail assisting with graduate fairs and assessment centres, preparing HR reports, responding to queries and advising/coaching stakeholders and all other HR duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will need HR experience within an HR Administration / Assistant or Coordination position. You will have outstanding attention to detail and be able to communicate at all levels. Experience within a financial services HR department is essential.
