Working closely with Enterprise Knowledge Managers who lead the content creation for key learning communities (Transformation New Hires and Personal Effectiveness,) you will be in charge of the life of our client's global learning communities, setting their tone, driving engagement and maintaining their relevance. The role requires a multidimensional approach, acting as a community administrator, curating content, influencing community members to contribute and working with the rest of the team to ensure that learning resources are up-to-date and relevant.
You will have experience with using social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube and Instagram - ideally including experience managing communities on one or more of these platforms (consumer or employee based).
