Your new role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the attraction and recruitment of roles into the organisation. The role will utilise direct sourcing techniques in order to proactively identify and build relationship with potential future talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will establish networking opportunities, present to relevant groups and seek recommendations from connections. The role will screen and interview candidates ensuring they have qualities required and that they display the same values as the organisation. Although this is an internal recruitment role, the role will be measured against performance targets.
What you'll need to succeed
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be a highly experienced recruitment or talent acquisition specialist with experience of recruiting for senior professional roles within financial services or corporate organisation. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate measurable success in networking, utilising unique attraction methodologies and building talent pools. Regional travel will be required and so applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
What you'll get in return
