An Accountancy firm based in West London are currently looking to hire a Reward Manager to report into the Head of HR Operations on a permanent basis.
The Reward Manager will sit as part of the centre of excellence HR operations team and with the assistance of the Reward Advisor, will be the subject matter expert for Reward:
Develop the organisations reward strategy through benchmarking and networking, ensuring they remain competitive within the market
Delivery of the annual review process for c. 3,500 employees
Develop bonus policies (including LTIPs)
Owner of salary scales and job evaluation of new positions
Continue to make recommendations and bring new ideas toattract and retain individuals within the organisation
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits
Proven experience of owning, designing, developing and implementing pay and reward systems
Confident liaising with senior stakeholders
Analytical with attention to detail
Management experience would be ideal but not essential
