A leading professional services firm is hiring an HR Manager for a period of 12 months to cover the current incumbent who is being seconded to another division of the business. This role will manage an employee group of around 250 and is based within central functions.
The role has a generalist remit in its broadest sense covering all core areas at Manager level covering both the operational piece as well as the strategic design and delivery of key business initiatives including organisational change. This will cover: ER, recruitment, HRMI, L&D, Reward, job evaluation, policy review and other ad hoc work.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid experience from a commercial background to come into a fast passed, market leading company and drive the HR agenda for the designated employee group. Other key area of note will be a strength in ER taking an active role in case management covering Performance Mgt, Disciplinary, Grievance, Consultation, Recruitment, Ill Health and Retirement requirements.
Although this role has a generalist remit there will also be transformation and change initiatives in this role hence experience in project management and project implementation will be required.
