My client, a leading insurance brokers, are recruiting for a Compensation Manager to join them on a 3 month interim contract. Reporting to the Compensation Lead, you will manage the delivery of a wide range of compensation programmes and projects globally supporting a particular business area.
You will deliver a variety of total reward initiatives including short and long term incentive design, global recognition programmes and new streamlined year end processes. You will manage the annual compensation review review cycle, deliver a variety of compensation projects and partner with HR partners and leadership teams to address and identify compensation trends and issues.
The successful candidate will be results focused and will be confident managing relationships with senior stakeholders with a broad knowledge of compensation trends and best practices. Experience designing short-term incentives and sales compensation plans such as commission plans and profit share schemes are preferred alongside experience of working in a matrixed and global environment.
