Associate Director, Reward Analytics

A unique opportunity has arisen within a niche Financial services organisation for an Associate Director, Reward Analytics to join a smaller sized HR Operations team.

The Associate Director will have a broad role to ensure the efficient running of HR Operations working alongside the wider HR team to ensure compliance with various statutory and regulatory requirements, especially relating to taxation, immigration and compensation.

  • Perform cost analysis and forecasts as required

  • Balance sheet reconcilitations of all accounts owned by HR

  • Reporting to and liaising with auditors

  • Support Head of HR Operations with budgeting matters

  • Work with 3rd party tax advisors to manage the process for UK annual tax returns of approximately 120 expatriates

  • Ensure company policies, procedures and appropriate laws are followed in respect of compensation and benefits

  • Monthly approval of local, expatriate and associated payrolls

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant or tax expert, or part qualified with previous management experience. In addition you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience of management accounting practices, tax or budgeting / forecasting

  • Previous experience of payroll approval and/or employment taxes

  • People management experience is desirable

  • IT literate and can demonstrate excellent skills in Excel
