A brilliant opportunity has arisen in a leading international rail manufacturers, based in Central London. They require an Senior HR Advisor to join the business on a 6 month FTC, supporting two HR Business Partners to provide a full generalist HR service.
Main Responsibilities include;
Acting as first point of contact for client groups and support in areas including employment law, absence management discipline, performance, grievance and flexible working.
Coaching and supporting to Line Managers on a range of HR and recruitment processes
Co-ordinate HR activities e.g. salary review and bonus process and negotiated staff salary increases ensuring deadlines are met and that work is completed accurately and that confidentiality is maintained.
Collaborate in projects including cross functional teams (acting as HR expert) ensuring company policy, legal and other regulatory requirements are considered.
Preparation of HR procedures, policies and reports as directed by the HR Business Partner
Managing sensitive and confidential matters including personnel relations, employee relations and organisational change.
Handling issues and enquiries when HR Business Partners are not available
Analysing the HR Dashboard/ HR data and highlighting trends, concerns and summarising key messages
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification
Experience in a HR Advisor role within a corporate organisation
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Manage own work whilst remaining calm under the pressure of tight deadlines and changing priorities
Ability to interpret and analyse data
Worked in a regulated area where policies and procedures have to be correctly interpreted and followed.
Had to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills - typically Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Experienced in SAP HR system or Workday HR system would be beneficial
