I am working with a great professional body based outside of the City of London. They are looking for a HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
It is essential for the right candidate to have strong employee relations and learning and development experience for this role. They are looking for someone who can manage employee relation cases to ensure that they meet best practice/ employment legislation. The coordination and administration of a range of learning and development activities and projects, as well as ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learning and development systems and processes.
Some of the duties include but not limited to:
To develop and deliver training alongside other HR staff in line with the business need of the College.
To produce relevant learning and development strategies, policies and procedures as directed by the Director of HR.
Assist with the development of new learning and development opportunities, keeping abreast of new approaches.
Assist with the annual performance management process; ensuring documentation is returned and logged in line with the procedural timelines and reports produced, working with other HR staff.
Lead on the production of annual learning and development programme.
Develop and maintain accurate and easily accessible records and processes for all learning and development activities and processes including recording and monitoring attendance, ensuring that staff required to attend specific workshops are easily identified and followed up.
Lead on the booking of training courses and ensuring that an appropriate evaluation process is in place which is regularly reviewed.
Manage with other HR staff employee relation cases and ensure that they meet best practice and employment legislation and report them to the Director of HR.
Responsibility for monitoring and evaluating learning and activities and producing accurate and up-to-date data analysis.
Lead on the periodic reporting of learning and development activities and other HR management information.
