HR Advisor - Management Consultancy
A specialist Management Consultancy, based in The City, are looking for an HR Advisor to join the team. Acting as a Partner to the UK business and working closely with management to support the growth and development of the business and people, the HR Advisor will be responsible for:
Recruitment & Onboarding such as providing advice and guidance on overall compensation package, undertaking HR interviews, supporting the offer process, managing probation periods, managing on-boarding process, creating records on in-house database
Resignation and Terminations such as managing resignation process including exit interviews, end-t-end support for terminations
Performance Management and Career Management such as facilitating implementation and continuation of the European Performance Management process for all staff, providing support for related communications, training, process compliance and timeline, preparing for monthly 1-1's with md, actively engaging line mangers, researching and sourcing training courses for staff
Policies, Procedures, Employment Law such as partnering with Talent Management Team to ensure associate policies and procedures are in place, adhered to and compliant with UK labour law, proactively supporting development and implementation of HR policies
Employee Relations such as helping MD manage all employee HR matters to bring to a timely resolution in partnership with European HR and Legal
Compensation, Benefits and Insurances such as managing Annual Pay review processes, supporting annual consultant pay review process and being main point of contact for benefits and insurance providers and brokers, overseeing renewals and carrying out market reviews as required
Payroll and Tax Matters such as preparing headcount reports monthly for the internal team and consultant team, childcare voucher scheme etc.
Health & Safety such as keeping up-to-date with legal changes and documenting these in the RGP Health and Safety Policy on an annual basis as a minimum
Management Information such as providing MI on benefits costs as required to the MD
Holiday and Absence Management such as updating individual employee holiday and absence records and obtaining annual sign off
Reference requests such as preparing reference letters in response to requests from employees, employers, agencies, financial institutions etc.
Ad hoc and special projects
As the HR Advisor, you will possess:
Ideally 5 years plus relevant experience in a Generalist role within Professional Services
Ideally CIPD qualified
Strong MS Office skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
