Interim HR Business Partner

Fantastic new opportunity to join the HR team of a well known not for profit organisation based in central London. This role as HR Business Partern will be to start as soon as possible for an initial period of three months on a temporary PAYE day rate basis. Reporting to the Director of HR, the role is to replace someone who is leaving the organisation in June. You will have line management responsibilities for two HR Advisor and be key in their development and building the team. You will also have involvement in projects including a new pay and reward structure, implementing a new job evaluation process alongside wide business as usual generalist duties.

To be considered for this role you must have experience in a similar role and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience of managing trade unions will be essential. The ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders will also be necessary. You must have line management experience and be able to start immediately.
