My client, a top brand to work for within the retail space, is seeking a recruiter to sit within the Talent/HR team and reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager. The main responsibility of this role is to source and deliver talented candidates that meet the needs of the business in an efficient, flexible and timely manner, while providing an exemplary candidate experience.
This role will be recruiting for Head Office and Corporate Portfolios and would suit experienced recruiters from either internal backgrounds or an agency background looking for their first internal role.
Key accountabilities and measures
Establishing and understanding the role brief from line managers
Responsible for implementation of appropriate, cost efficient candidate attraction methodology
Utilising social media, talent banking and networking to ensure attraction of the best talent into the business in the most efficient and cost effective way
Ensuring quality candidate shortlists are delivered through effective screening processes
Responsible for ensuring effective candidate management throughout the process, offer management and on-boarding of successful candidates
Education on recruitment practices for line managers, HR and Shared Service Centre
Keeping up to date with external recruitment best practice
Identify and progress areas for personal development
Candidate sourcing and management - including utilising social media
Background in agency recruitment
Knowledge of business and external recruitment industry policies and practices
Strong grasp of organisational relationships and accountabilities within the business
Understanding of recruitment suppliers' practices and policies
Knowledge of candidate sourcing and management methodology
This role is to start ASAP initially until October 2018 and will suit someone immediately available or at short notice.
