Your new role
As the HR & L&D Coordinator you will support both the HR Manager & Resourcing Manager in their day to day activities in an even split of the two areas, gaining excellent exposure to the full remit of generalist HR as well as recruitment, and have a focus on the firms graduate recruitment. On the HR side you will work in a full generalist capacity provide operational HR advice to a range of client groups, working with the Manager on all issues that arise.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have had experience working in HR or Recruitment within the legal sector. You will have the ability to work at speed and too deadlines and be an excellent multi-tasker with attention to detail.
