This well-known and prestigious brand leads the way in educating and representing Psychiatrists across the UK and Ireland from the beginning of their education through to their professional career. They are also established publishers of British journals surrounding Psychology and have been building their reputation since 1841.
With around 350 employees within the UK, you will be an ambassador for best practice, working closely with the wider HR team to ensure all employee relations activities meet employment legislation and regularly report into the HR Director with action points to maintain consistency. Learning and development will also be a large part of your day to day, where you will be working closely with the wider HR team to create and deliver training in line with the needs of the business. Looking ahead, you will be responsible for reviewing the annual performance management process as well as fully managing the apprentice process end to end.
Organisation is key and having excellent attention to detail will put you in a good position for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in both employee relations, dealing with low - mid level cases and providing advice to employees and managers, as well as learning and development on both creations and facilitation.
