Previous experience and in-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factors is a must have requirement.
Experience managing the transition process between payroll systems is ideal
CIPP qualification or equivalent
Must have previously managed a payroll team
Experience using an outsourced model for payroll
Experience managing benefits and pensions platforms
This is an urgent role and we are looking for someone who will be able to start immediately or with no more than a 1 month notice period. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a really rewarding sector, based in newly refurbished, open plan offices a short walk from Birmingham city centre.
