Our client is an industry leading, global company with operations in over 150 countries across several brands. They are looking to appoint a regional HR Director, based in Paris, to support the French and Benelux regions. This role will work closely with both senior HR and business stakeholders to drive change and transformation, whilst elevating the people agenda internally to develop a leading and enabling function.


The right hire will have a combination of regional and international experience, team orientation, leadership ability and excellent communication skills. They will also be resilient enough to debate and challenge in an internationally remote team.


Fluent French and English are critical to success in this role and candidates who are not linguistically strong enough will not be considered.


Previous experience:

  • Demonstrable capability to lead divisional HR activity including team leadership and business stakeholder influencing ability, and demonstrable experience driving change – e.g. functional transformation, change management
  • Strong leadership skills married with robust generalist experience in consumer-led organisations; able to offer both a regional and global perspective to the HR Leadership team. Experience and insight in creating people based change plans and business cases that influence Business Leaders
  • This person will need strong, regional Employee Relations experience, and experience of acquisition/M&A activity and delivery of large projects as well as a complex ER landscape.
  • Experience working in an international, multisite organisation of scale is desirable.

Location: Paris, France

Salary: €130-150,000 plus benefits
