Payroll Administrator - £32,500 - 9 Month FTC - West End London

My client is a leading retail business.

Due to growth they currently have a requirement for a Payroll Administrator.

Reporting into the International Payroll Manager, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Working in a small team you will accountable for payroll related adjustments across Europe Inc. France, Ireland and UK.

  • The collation, submission and upload of all payroll related adjustments for each designated country in line with our internal deadlines agreed with the Payroll Provider.

  • The audit and finalisation of all payroll reports such as Gross to Net and variance comparison with commentary prior to approval by the International Payroll Manager.

  • Play an active role in the payroll team across Europe and establish strong working relationships with the HR, Retail and Finance partners

  • Occasional travel may be required

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Knowledge of EU payroll processes and different legislations particularly France

  • Be pro-active and work off own initiative

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced payroll environment, preferably from retail

  • Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel
