This is a great opportunity to work for a Global Organisation within their HR team
Your new role
Providing HR support to the EMEA regional team and working closely with the HR Manager. You will be the first point of contact for any HR queries and also assist with Resourcing for this Head Office site, working closely with Managers to determine the best and most efficient way to recruit.
The role will also involve being a key point of contact for any data exchange between the site HR and Shared Services.
There will also be exposure to various HR Projects including Policy Updates, Change and Employee Engagement
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced HR Advisor or Co -Ordinator looking for their next progressive move. You'll have strong administrative skills, including a good working knowledge of excel and also be experienced in first line HR Support. Ideally, you will previously worked within an environment where you have liased with HR Shared Services
