Regulatory Reward Associate

A financial services organisation based in London is currently looking for a Regulatory Reward Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Regulatory Reward VP, the Reward Advisor will be responsible for understanding the impact of regulatory requirements on all compensation policies and practices. Further responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure that compensation structures to are compliant with local, regional and global remuneration regulations, adapting and changing where required

  • Prepare remuneration disclosures for UK and EMEA entities

  • Prepare material for RemCo meetings across the UK and EMEA

  • Work closely with the broader Reward and HR team to support with year-end reward processes

  • Partner with HR BP's and Recruiters on package offerings and other reward matters

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in a regulated financial services environment preferred

  • Understanding of the implications of regulations on remuneration

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Comfortable communicating at all levels

  • Team player
