Your new company
This global bank has its head office based in central London, they are looking for a HR administrator.

Your new role
As a HR administrator, your responsibilities will include: maintaining all employee records and making sure that they are up to date, recruitment, on boarding and off boarding responsibilities, coordinate annual performance appraisals. You will also be required to assist with any HR projects that you may be asked to.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong communication skills. The successful applicant would have proven themselves as a HR administrator, have experience using a HR database, along with having a high level of attention to detail. For this role HR experience within financial services is a must. You must be immediately available to start a new role and be able to commit for the duration of the contract.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate of £16-£19 per hour dependant on experience.
