HR Assistant

I am working with an exciting organisation who are on the hunt for a temporary HR Administrator.

They need someone who can provide administrative support to the HR Team and to ensure that all the administrative processed related to effective people management are undertaken in an efficient and productive manner.

This exciting organisation require someone who can undertake administrative processes including but not limited to:

  • Preparing offers of employment and other written correspondence as required

  • Organising meetings

  • Taking minutes and notes

  • Posting job adverts on websites

  • Assisting with the coordination of interviews

  • Communicating with candidates, hiring managers and clients

  • Preparing invoicing and purchase orders

  • Updating organisational charts and HRIS

This is a new role within the organisation as it is growing and getting busier. The organisation are very projects based so need someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and deliver with accuracy. The right candidate will be driven, proactive and industrious.
