Your new role
The Senior Recruitment Manager will lead and develop the resourcing team who are responsible for the recruitment of professional and specialist roles across the UK. The role will be responsible for partnering the business to understanding their workforce planning requirements, barriers to recruitment and to gain a strategic understanding of their individual business needs. The Senior Recruitment Manager will continually review recruitment processes, develop unique and market leading recruitment strategies, lead the development of the employer brand proposition and manage recruitment projects
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior recruitment manager from an internal/RPO/MSP background from within a professional and highly skilled organisation. Previous team management, process transformation and business partnering experience is essential. Candidates must be SME in recruitment legislation including discrimination law, GDPR, auto-enrollment, AWR and temporary worker legal requirements.
