Your new company
A multinational insurance company with Headquarters in Central London are recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
This position is focused around Executive Reward. You will be supporting a number of cyclical reward activities, including Senior Manager Pay Review for around 1500 employees globally. Also you will provide data analysis on Directors Remuneration Reports for company Directors, subsidiary board directors and Code staff. You will maintain the database for FTSE 50/100 Remuneration Policies. Other responsibilities include salary benchmarking, buyout valuations for new hires, and supporting on other ad hoc reward projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have gained your reward experience within a Big 4 Consultancy or in-house Executive Compensation role in a FTSE 100 company. You must also be familiar with the requirements and regulatory environments of a listed company. You will also ideally have a financial services background. You will be able to draw raw data and interpret and advise.
