Oakleaf Partnership are retained on a HRD search for global financial services business in the heart of the city. Due to business growth and restructure, there is a need to hire an EMEA Head of HR to report into the Global Head in the US.
The role is based in London, but covers a number of European offices and works closely with US Head quarters so the successful person will have to have global HR experience gained within a Financial Services environment.
The successful candidate needs to work proactively and demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities to be able to lead a high performing team. You will deliver change and business growth and support a new global business strategy. You will need to be able to challenge the norm, give advice on best practice and deliver results which best suit the needs of the business.
A key area to consider in the recruitment of this role is culture fit. Gravitas and strong business/commercial acumen will be essential attributes for this person.
This individual will be expected to have prior experience of working in a Financial Services environment and have experience working within a matrixed US headquartered organisation. Strong technical HR skills are essential.
