Job Overview

To ensure we have the right pipeline of talent to fulfil our clients vision to provide the best airport service in the world.

This role will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process, with the focus on Managerial & Specialist hiring across multiple departments within airport operations and business support functions.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment process to ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience, upholding the brand values as an employer of choice.

  • Stakeholder engagement and project management responsibility; delivering recruitment services in collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders and managing the service provided by third party suppliers against SLAs

  • Partner with the business and external vendors on the right cost-effective attraction and assessment methodology both internally and externally.

  • Create medium to long-term recruitment strategies for designated business areas.

  • Pipeline management; designing and managing the smooth delivery recruitment activity, including pre-screening, online testing, telephone and video interviewing, and assessment events.

  • Continuous improvement of assessment approaches for specialist hiring.

  • Support the broader Talent & Development team across a number of additional projects as necessary

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous in-house experience of managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle and delivering the best diverse talent to the business, creating an excellent recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates.

  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential to ensure the success of recruitment campaigns.

Experience ideally across a number of resourcing activities:

  • Direct sourcing activity for specialist roles

  • Attraction strategies (including social media)

  • Assessment centre design and execution

  • Competency based interviewing

  • Partnering with a variety of talent and resourcing suppliers

  • Knowledge of diversity & inclusion, internal mobility, talent management and succession planning practices
