A highly desirable HR Business Partner role is now available within a leading Financial Services business based in the City. This will be a brand-new role supporting a Securities part of their business who have a high bar for expectations and standards and are looking forward to partnering with this new role in order to help the business area grow and deliver on business objectives.
The reporting line will be into the US and as such it is imperative candidates have experience of a similar reporting set up. The Securities business/client group will consist of highly motivated and intelligent employees across the UK, Ireland, Australia and Asia. Totalling <150 but consistently growing.
The HRBP will partner with the COO, business leaders and line managers to implement HR solutions across a range of areas including, but not limited to, Talent, Succession Planning, Coaching, ER, Comp Rounds and Engagement.
We are looking for A* HRBPs that are ambitious, want to get to know the business and help drive strategy, have professional maturity, can engage/influence/guide at all levels, want to grow themselves with the business and have high standards and want to deliver on these.
Financial Services experience is essential as is experience of working with global client groups including AsiaPac. Experience of working with US firms is also critical.
