Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Manager

A superb role is now available within a City based FS business. They are looking to hire a VP to specialise in Talent, Diversity and Inclusion. The business themselves are going from strength and as such are adding to their highly successful L&D team where this role will sit.

This is a hybrid role that will be broken down into the following main areas:

Talent:

  • Succession planning across the business
  • Talent identification across the business
  • Promotions

Diversity:

  • Working with the steering committee in a high profile capacity on the Diversity agenda.
  • Concentrating on 4 major workstreams:
    1. Inclusive recruitment
    2. Inclusive development
    3. Inclusive ways of working
    4. Inclusive communications

We are looking for a superstar candidate that is both passionate and experienced within these areas. Other key points for the candidate to be successful are high potential, analytical with the ability to present data, intelligent/bright, an influencer, calm under pressure, confident not egotistical, can challenge effectively not push.

Financial Services experience will be highly desirable for this role, but other industries will be considered. Candidates also must have an understanding of how talent falls into the wider HR agenda.

Candidates MUST have also led on firmwide projects.
