Recruitment Assistant - Legal

A specialist Law Firm based in Central London are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join the team. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this Recruitment Assistant role will be responsible for supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the end to end recruitment process for all relevant Practice Areas, ensuring an efficient service is delivered;

  • Working closely with the Recruitment Manager to coordinate a high volume of activity, including both direct and indirect sourcing methods

  • Pioneering direct recruitment by searching for candidates on job sites and internal database as well as supporting the Recruitment Manager using market mapping and headhunting

  • Screening applications and making recommendations to the business

  • Administering the interview scheduling

  • Assisting in the administration of the offer process

  • Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System to ensure all data is captured accurately

  • Work with the Marketing Team to advertise vacancies

  • Supporting on several resourcing projects

As the Recruitment Assistant, you will possess:

  • Strong academics to include a minimum of 2:1 degree from a red brick university

  • Solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proven organisational and administrative skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
