As a Reward manager you will have responsibilities including:
Leading on the annual pay review, benchmarking and job grading
Supporting on the reward strategy surrounding executive compensation
Working on a number of reward projects throughout the year
Assisting with and developing the companies benefits offering
We are looking for an experienced reward professional who has a background in compensation and is wanting to develop a career within wider reward.
