Pacey, Positive, Personable. Do these three words describe you? If so my client, a leading UK media brand, is looking for you to join their team as an HR Administrator.
The brand is a successful and widely recognised media business who has a strong passion for all things people, whether that be its consumers or employees. With revenue in the triple figure millions, this brand brings well known online media, written publications, TV shows and adverts to a wide demographic of consumers. Due to recent growth, they are looking to bring onboard an HR Administrator as a new addition to the team.
With over 1,100 employees within the UK, you will be responsible for generalist HR duties including the management of the employee life cycle, processing all starters/ leavers and ensuring the database is maintained and up to date. You will assist with the recruitment process, writing and posting job adverts, screening CV's and assisting with interviews as well as drafting offer letters and generating contracts.
This is a company that is all about people, and with this being the case, you will be the first point of contact for all HR queries as well as assisting with employee relations, note taking and escalating employee queries to the relevant stakeholders. People never stop learning, and you will ensure that people don't have to, by identifying learning needs as well as coordinating all training events as well as leading on the induction process for new starters.
Attention to detail is key, and the ability to be able to analyse processes and reports and feedback on improvements and trends will set you up well for this role.
