Strengthening their in-house capability in Leadership consulting, from design through to large scale delivery is essential if they are to drive through and achieve the strategic transformation.

We're not going to be too prescriptive in this advert; the precise nature of the roles is still to be finalised and in fact, our client may end up creating roles around candidates! However, if you want to play a key role in developing the core leadership capability for an organisation which is focussed on significantly changing its strategy and culture then read on.

We are looking for swiftly available interims who are able to spend c 2/3 days a week in the early stages of the assignment, at our client's HQ, a short train journey from Geneva airport. The rest of the working week will be home/London based.

You will have experience of working in large complex global business (e.g. FMCG, Pharma, Telco, Tech or Financial Services) and be ready to move to an organisation where the impact of your work will be highly visible and valuable.
