Reward Manager - 6 month contract - £45,000 - £54,000 - Central London

A global manufacturing business with headquarters in Central London, are recruiting for a Reward Manager to support on a number of projects, on a 6 month FTC. This company is a market leader in their field with a big brand name.
Your new role
You work closely with the Central Reward team as well as regional reward teams on specific projects, ensuring stakeholders expectations are met. You will manage the Reward Communications project with the regional reward teams, by creating communication and training materials and ensuring they are rolled out. Part of this will be to train the HRBP teams through communication and training materials. You will also be structuring the HRBP trainings to ensure the know-how transfer from reward CoE to HRBP teams. A series of engagement and training sessions will need to be organized with the HR business partner teams.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong technical reward expertise, as well as excellent computer skills including advanced excel. You will be able to builds strong relationships.
